[videopress AgTTP8iG]I like to take 2 minutes to do some 5-5-5 breathing, listen to music that inspires me or makes me want to dance, or I listen to something that makes me laugh.

As we stare at hurricane Ian and its making landfall tomorrow, I have found that I experience the feeling of stress because I am running “what if” scenarios.

When dealing with the unknown it becomes necessary, at least for me to take a deep breath, and remind myself I do not know what is going to happen. All I can do is be my best self, prepare accordingly, and then listen to things that raise my spirits.
