Coming this New Year. This is a small group of people who wish to improve their sleep, increase their energy and enjoy their life. We will be making small changes to get big results. This is a Beta test and will include a weekly group zoom chat with goal setting and skills to be learned. Access the sleep app to help you create those new changes. A private group to allow you to get and receive support during your 8-week journey.
